Project Coordinator

Tasks and duties

• Assisting in planning, design and execution of projects, monitoring their progress and adjusting as needed.
• Creating project schedules, project management plans and related documentation.
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders, communicating project status and ensuring the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitating problem solving and decision making among project groups, and escalating issues to upper management when necessary.
• Coordinating project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Managing project resources, which can include forecasts, schedules and reports, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with different teams within an organisation and aligning company objectives with the project.
