What's it like to be a Project Architect?
Project Architects are licensed professionals who create structural, mechanical, and electrical designs for building projects. Their work includes initially meeting with clients, drafting design proposals, and supervising the construction process. They develop blueprints and designs according to the clients' or stakeholders’ needs. They also create budget estimates for the project. Project Architects coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure the construction process is on time, on budget, and follows the approved designs. Project Engineers also ensure the project meets government and industry regulatory standards.

How to become a Project Architect
To become a Project Architect, a bachelor degree in architecture that complies with the LAM Part I is required. To work as an Architect, a master’s degree or undertaking the necessary accreditation exams for LAM Part II is essential. To acquire full licensure, you must have at least 2 years of practical work experience and pass the LAM Part III Professional Examination.
Graduate with a bachelor degree in architecture that complies with the LAM Part I.
Either acquire a master’s degree in architecture or pass the accreditation exams for LAM Part II.
Acquire at least 2 years of practical work experience.
Consider applying for positions such as Project Architect, Assistant Architect, and Architect.
Compile and submit Evidence of Practical.
Submit a Professional Experience Evaluation Report and pass the LAM Part III Professional Examination to become a licensed Professional Architect.
