Production Executives oversee material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems. They also supervise the factory, purchasing, sales, and other company personnel to ensure all production plans are executed. They hire, train, and evaluate company workers. Production Executives are in charge of production reviews, data analyses, and the development of improvement plans. Production Executives also ensures that all company processes adhere to government regulations.

How to become a Production Executive
