Production Manager

Tasks and duties

• Ensuring that the timetable is followed and making necessary adjustments.
• Training new employees in the warehouse.
• Supervising the work ethics of production personnel and keeping track of attendance.
• Coordinating with the equipment and processing teams for effective production.
• Participating in management review of the organisation’s quality, and reviewing the budget plan.
• Monitoring productivity rates and spearheading quality control programmes.
• Collating and analysing data by putting together reports for both factory managers and customers.
