Tasks and duties

• Identifying training needs within a company by consulting with stakeholders and observing operations.
• Designing and developing training programs in consultation with various departmental heads.
• Managing budgets for training programs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
• Creating and executing learning strategies and programs.
• Evaluating training programs and return on investment, offering detailed reports to higher management.
• Engaging with trainers and organising both on-the-job and off-the-job training for employees.
• Keeping abreast of training trends, advancements and best practices, implementing the relevant ones within a company's training framework.
