How to become a Recruitment Consultant
To work as a Recruitment Consultant, education, relevant experience and interpersonal skills are typically required.
Complete a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a similar field.
Gather relevant experience. Seek internships or entry-level positions within human resources or recruitment departments to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes. Examples of entry-level roles in Malaysia include Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Assistant or HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment.
