Maintenance Technician

Tasks and duties

• Inspecting a building to identify any issues.
• Following preassigned orders, like oil changes, meter readings and equipment inspections.
• Performing preventive maintenance procedures and eliminating potential hazards.
• Maintaining the HVAC equipment for climate control.
• Monitoring the safety systems in the facility for fire, carbon monoxide and smoke.
• Assisting in the setup of ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Conducting pest control such as spraying insecticides.
• Taking part in developing and implementing the budget for the maintenance department.
