Their responsibilities often include recruiting and hiring new staff, arranging staff training, managing employee benefits and pay, and resolving any issues between staff or between staff and management. A Human Resources Administrator may work in a variety of settings, including corporate offices, small businesses, public sector organisations, or non-profit groups.
Tasks and duties
- Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related paperwork.
- Helping with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Providing administrative support for HR directors and managers.
