An Executive Director works within a company and has a role in office operations, while a Non-executive Director is part of the board and makes collective decisions for the company based on data and performance. - Consider advancing your business and leadership skills with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Check your eligibility to become a Director. Malaysia requires that Directors are natural citizens of Malaysia, have never gone bankrupt, and have not been convicted of any charges in the past 5 years.
