- Constructive criticism is accepted and discussed
- Training is provided and they constantly ask how you are doing
- The higher ups are open to new suggestions and always ask us to be innovative and adapt to change

- Can be quite stressful from time to time
- They do not tolerate coasters, if you are slow and lazy, you will be given a warning
- Fast paced environment which may not be ideal for some people
