Experience coming from a recent bachelor's graduate. Customer service is not for the faint hearted.

The good things
- Helpful colleagues - Learned a lot in a very short amount of time
The challenges
- Mental exhaustion - The complexity of issues (no one solution fits all) - Too many procedures which constantly change making it harder to understand and cope with - Balancing work and life - Cultural sensitivity is almost non-existent

Good starting place for fresh graduate

The good things
Fast career growth opportunity. Average rate of salary, good for fresh graduate to build profile.
The challenges
Management change job scopes whenever they like. After 1 year you are doing totally different things than what you are told during interview. No work life balance. Employee voices are not heard, it is either you follow order or find other places, they won't change for you. Very less benefit and limited for employee only, family not included. So hard to take a leave too.

Here, everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and make a real impact. Since TP has a bunch of different accounts, there are plenty of career opportunities to explore.

Bonus structures could be improved, though this really depends on the account one is assigned to.
