Flexible working time

The good things
The benefit was good. Working time also flexible. Friendly environment.

Convocation time, need long hours time working. The salary also lower than average for the executive level. The working trend was old school that some of the planning is just use the pen and paper. Not using the system or powerpoint.

Very Flexible Work Place

The good things
You can come to work late and leave late. You can go for long lunches and do your personal errands during working hours.
The challenges
Many staff members here are in their retirement mode. Hence, don't expect your colleagues to be pro-active. Many of them are passive and not "Go Getters".

The challenges
The challenges is when I have to entertain multiple users at one time and multiple task to complete at one time. Other than that, the most stressful time I’ve ever had when convocation day comes. Need to prepare everything from a-z for IT things that will be used during the convocation day. But so far, i enjoyed. And feeling happy when the task given is completed.
