they love you to ask lot of questions and teach you new things to improvise yourself until you can do it alone.

you cannot do overtime on sunday if you dont do it on a day before.

BAD Leaders.
The good things
The salary. But if you really want to trade your work-life balance with the monthly salary, then I personally think that this place is a perfect place for you to work with.
The challenges
I love having a voice. The leaders are not open to hearing our voice. The company will try their best to retain the numbers of the employee regardless of the workloads are getting more challenging every day. It is a great challenge to work here but since the continuous improvement is not a thing with the leaders, working here is a big no!
