The good things
Potential to grow your skill and learn new things are high. Some great community that support each other.
The challenges
The competency and KPI system overall are ridiculous. The system just like create just to ease certain people ONLY.
Lack of corporation between department. Just saying it is lacking only.
Most (not all, some are better) of HR always told other people what to do rather than they show it (be a role model). For example, they want us to socialize (that we always do in pantry) but we rarely see them.
Work and life balance is terrible. At least try not to disturb during weekend / leave.
Management kind a worst....

Good working environment with friendly team mates. Monthly outdoor activity such as sports & recreational program was implemented . Good chances and opportunity to climb up into another level in your career development by allowing staff to join into other department to learn more.
