The challenges
Poor management. Annual leaves are just there for SOP purpose. As for working enviroment part, it really depends on which department/area you working in. Some departments that I worked with really had good collegues, seniors who willing to guide and the environment was healthy eventhough stressful,whereas some department had really toxic enviroment and almost went into depression. it really depends on people working there and how they chose to work with other people. so choose wisely before joining anywhere.
