Good in making friends bad in long term working

The good things
Overall staffs were friendly and could be friend even after working hour. Flexibility in taking off days to achieve work life balance.
The challenges
Management that's lack of leadership skill and made the whole work place culture unhealthy. Company politics were unseen purposely and only staff that were close to management has the chance to be promoted.

Mixed bag, but overall bad.

The good things
The management genuinely believes they're trying to help you by reaching out to you and giving advice on how to find career growth. The workload is fairly lax and you'll have uneventful seasons. You get to travel and have some unique experiences. Also, there's a pantry where you can chill with friends. It's a great place to settle down if you've stopped seeking career growth.
The challenges
The management is stuck in a destructive habit of customer "satisfaction". Instead of ensuring the service is performing as they intended, they are willing to bend the rules to satisfy customer whims. Because of this, they rarely find a resolution to a problem. Working here long term may cause anxiety if you're not an extraverted person. The company also suffers from lack of direction which meant my role was rarely needed and I felt disposable.

Give and Take

The good things
A good place to learn and grow fast in terms of organization skills. You get the exposure to many quality people among their customers. The company provides just normal staff benefits. If you are new to the industry and would like a startup, this is the place for you.
The challenges
The opportunity for career advancement given to the staff is really dependent on your relationship with the people from the higher management. If they like you, you survive. Else, there is not much room for career improvement. It is a good training ground, but definitely not for long term.

Event Crew

The good things
Good management arrangement. The staffs delivered very clear order and instruction for everything included the overall pictures the solution for the consequences that may happen during the event. As a educational programs supported company, they performance professionally throughout the event. Welfare of crews were well handled and humanized treated (for instance, meal and rest timing and job load assigned). And quality of T-shirt provided was good and comfortable.
The challenges
Being a part of event crew for just few days, I didn't observed any major challenge yet. Overall was satisfied for part timer.

Positive and Negative Working Experience in A Company

The good things
The company organizes international events and seminars at different countries for their clients and intends to expand their company to different regions of the world. The events and seminars are of good quality with renowned speakers taking the stage.
The challenges
The company's salary and benefits are poor because they do not provide high salary and benefits to their employees. Apart from that, the management is not effective in handling employees' problems especially when there are unhappy customers who wish to speak to the management but they will only asked the employees to handle it. Office management is also poor.
