A good place for starters

The good things

Excellent benefits package for all levels of staff. Company's taking ggod care of staff bonding by regular organising of events like hari raya, cny, annual dinner and team building. Medium sized company so relationships between staffs regardless different departments is very good.

The challenges

Too much politics in management level. One race dominated organisation. Some HODs are very stern, so a very strong mental and emotional degree are required. Need to be initiative to learn by yourself. Gossips spread faster than sounds.

Since it is near from my house, so i can consider it as a good thing, plus i had a good head department, he let me learn what i wish, many things for freshie to learn how it is working politics, can learn the flow how a company operate, management, working flow and so many more

Mak cik bawang team, this kind of environment will not be a healthy working style i was get annoy for this stuff.
