With state-of-the-art equipments and comprehensive facilities, we are able to provide services for components tape and reel & IC programming in fast turn-around time. Our people are trained to pay attention to every detail. With the proper planned layout, the production flow is smooth and uncluttered. We also practice a Quality Management System that is in accordance with ISO 9002 standards and recognized by the international body of Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) since 18th January 1997.

Bhd provide services in :- Surface Mount Component Packaging -Cover a whole range of surface mount components ranging from SOIC, SOJ, TSSOP, TSOP, PLCC, QFP, BGA, Capacitors, Transistor, Oscillator to customized packages. IC Programming -Support up to 15K+ devices from 150 manufactures all around the world. Other value added services that we offer :- Bar Code Labeling, Leads screening, Baking, Vacuum Packing
