Starting on November 25, 2021,you must log in to your account with your email address instead of your username. Depending on how many accounts you have, this affects you differently.

If you have1 Jobstreet account under 1 email address,then all you have to remember is to log in to your account using your email instead of your username startingNovember 2021.

If you havemultiple Jobstreet accounts under 1 email addressthen you must use a different email address for each account.

We willkeep 1 account under the email addresswe have anddelete the accounts you haven’t used recently.

If you wish to keep all your accounts, then you must change your email address for each account you want to keep.

If your account is affected, you will receive an email<Subject line: Action required - Update your email address>with instructions. Follow the quick steps and save the accounts you want.
