Receptionist & Administration  - Heart Base Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities


  • To be responsible of Front Office duties, mainly on reception, customer service and general administration as well as maintaining the reception area in clean and good condition.
  • Respond to all incoming calls, transferring calls and ensure efficient handling of caller's inquiries
  • Record and maintain data input of all incoming and outgoing correspondence such as courier, mails, etc.
  • To handle despatch, execute general clerical and company administration
  • Handling the office visitors courteously, making sure that they are immediately attended to and assisting the business meeting of the other executives.
  • Able to assist with clerical work, and attend to walk in personnel such as suppliers, vendors, courier services and handle inquiries.
  • To assist in handling daily administrative duties of the company and other ad hoc matters.
  • Acknowledge receipt of documents and immediately distribute to the relevant personnel.
  • Able to double up as tea lady as & when the need arises.
  • To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails/ packages and to dispatch all incoming courier mails/ packages to relevant personnel effectively and systematically.
  • To perform other general administrative and clerical support, hotel & air tickets booking when required and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Ensures reception area, including workstation and guest seating area is kept clean and tidy at all time.
  • Any other assignments as directed by the immediate superior.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required skill(s): independent, self motivated, multitask, able to communicate effectively, Pleasant Personality.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in ShahAlam.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
