Human Resource Supervisor  - Delphi Packard Electric (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd


1. Supports HR Planning and Analysis
a. Implement 5 Years Headcount Planning
b. Consolidate with Functional manager for HR Planning
c. Key Contact for HR reporting
2. Industrial Relation 
a. Manage all systems, welfare and issues related to Employees/ IR
b. Implement processes for problem resolution
c. Legal support on employees and administrative
d. Designing Company Rules and Regulations
e. Plan and implement Community Programs
f. Manage Employee Teaming Program
g. Manage Recognition plant wide
h. Implement Open Door Policy to all employees
i. Plan communication system to communicate on Health & Safety, Employee Development and Business Development issues.
j. Assist in planning and developing a two way communication system to get input and suggestions from employees
k. Ensures sufficient Visual Aids to support regular activities.
l. Ensure that government regulations mandated related to HR and general affairs implemented properly.
m. Build and maintain the good relationship with government
3. Training & Development 
a. Training Need Analysis
b. HRDF Funds management
c. Update training records for all employees, certified and rewards program
d. Coordinate Planning and Implementation of Performance Measurement
e. Coordinate execution of employees development tools ie, PBP, 9 Box, P&S, TRP
f.  Ensure training program conforms to DBS work instruction


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience preferably from manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical skills, communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Hands on approach and Self driven/ self motivated
  • Leadership abilities and able to work under pressure
  • Able to operate MS Excell at intermediate level
