- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries & issues.
- Provide support for HR self-service applications.
- Perform HR transactional activities including research, reconciliation, data entry, correspondence, reporting and record keeping.
- Support global and local HR Central projects.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
- Data entry skills is required.
- Demonstrate a high-level of customer service orientation.
- An independent person and performing well with minimum supervision.
- Experience in HR or call center is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin language.
- Proficient in Thai language as well is an added advantage.
