Administrative Assistant
Penang - Georgetown

Responsibilities:

  • To perform admin tasks for department's day-to-day operations;
  • To coordinate with all inter-related department & outlet operation matters;
  • To keep track on daily records and filling of documents and correspondences;
  • To assist any other related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications;
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experince;
  • Proficient in english, mandarin and other local dialects;
  • An effective team player with the ability to work independently;
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
