Assistant Executive, Service Desk ICT
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record every incident/service request in existing application for future reference.
  • Responsive to incoming calls, provide first level identification and resolution. Give guidence/advice to the user on the incidents.
  • Understand the incident/service request that reported by user for resolution or escalation to Support team purpose.
  • Escalate/channel the incident that cannot resolve by Service Desk or regularly occurred to the Support team which involved so that problem can be prevented.
  • Escalate/channel every service request to Support team.
  • Monitor communications and escalations as necessary to the Support team to ensure that issues are resolved within the severity guidelines.
  • Update the status of the incidents/service request that have been logged by Service Desk.
  • Monitor incidents that have been handed to other support teams, and ensuring users are contracted with resolutions.
  • Assist and collaborate with ICT Support team while testing the application and computer equipment to be more competent pursuant to daily business.
  • Assist the Post Master/Counter Supervisor to poise the account
  • Test the application before preparing updating package for application update in the post office.
  • Involved in all User Acceptance Test (UAT) which related

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a recognized   Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate learner with a can do attitude.
  • Computer liberate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point & Excel  applications.
  • Independent, hardworking, self motivated & must function well under pressure & target deadlines.
