Shopper Activation Manager
Selangor - Mutiara Damansara
Responsible for developing POS solutions/materials in line with the in-store vision of success (Perfect Store) for the Category/ sub Category in each channel & customer.
Supports implementation and continuous review on the effectiveness of in-store actions.
Ensure all in-store materials are tested before implementation.
Continously seek to improve in-store visibility for Nestle categories and brands.
Conduct post evaluation of the shelf management activities and Point of Sale materials/ solutions.
Monitor competitor activities, trends in display solutions and communicate impact or opportunities to the Marketing, CCSD and Customer team.
Ensure alignment of brand strategy when designing POSM/ display solution and consistent execution across all trade channels.
Responsible for optimizing POSM/ display solutions budget for the category.
Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies, trade terms, safety and local regulations.
Requirements: Graduate with 5 years experience in Generating Demand (Trade Marketing or Brand management or Sales or Communication).
Demonstrable record of success in implementing shopper understanding into in-store activation.
Driven for Results – be able to set goals and use measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals alignment.
