Customer Service Officer (Based in Melaka Branch)
To deliver efficient, prompt and quality service to walk-in customers and agency force
Answer enquiries, attend to complaints, provide solutions and suggest alternatives to customers and agency force
Provide accurate policy information and thorough explanation on current and past products
Answer procedural questions, quote policy values and disbursement amounts
Anticipate and fulfill customer’s unexpressed needs
Conserve policies through client retention efforts
Possess a recognised degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, Banking ,Insurance or equivalent
With at least 2 years of experience preferably in customer service field
Acquire basic understanding on insurance product knowledge and policy servicing procedures and guidelines will be an added advantage
Good command of spoken and written English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills
