IN KL (Recruitment Executive)
Ensure positions are filled in a timely manner and is within the approved manpower budget yearly.
Post job advertisements through internal website, online portal, media, and etc.
Conduct interview sessions and assessments
Ensure the medical check-up result for successful candidates are fit for employment
Conduct background check on successful candidates.
Prepare the relevant documents prior to the joining date and ensure that all details of the successful candidate/s are provided and complete.
Perform data gathering and analysis related to staffing activities, prepare reports as required, and ensure hiring and candidate status are kept up-to-date.
Collaborate and work closely with external parties including head hunters, recruitment agencies, universities and etc to engage, attract and network with talents
IN PJ (HR Executive)
Assist in all aspects of human resources management which includes compensation & benefits, manpower planning and recruitment, training & development and performance management.
Able to handle employee relation issues
Ensure payroll processesare carried out timely and accurately
Assist in on-boarding process for new recruits including inductionand assimilation into the organization.
Involvement in continuous HR policies and regulations improvement and implementation.
Assist in organizing and coordinating of various Company activities
IN JOHOR (IR Executive)
Participate and responsible in the formulation and execution of Industrial Relation’s policies and procedures
Handle disciplinary or Industrial Relations issue in compliance with employment legislation that are: Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 & Labour Ordinance of Sarawak/Sabah.
Responsible in disciplinary management ranging from conducting the investigation, evidence compilation, drafting charges and prosecution in Domestic Inquiry
Conduct briefing on new recruits during On Boarding Training aimed at improved employer-employee relationships and at keeping new recruits fully informed on the disciplinary procedures and as to their
Conduct the counseling session to staff as a mean to resolve issue that relate with employment.
Preparing the IR & Employee Relation monthly reports.
Liaise with labor department and IR department in case relate with IR matters
Drafting the necessary internal memo on the disciplinary issue
Responsible for employee exit management: conducting exit interview
Conduct the Internal Customer Satisfaction Index
Conduct investigation any Misconduct reported
Be the prosecuting officer for the company on the lower level (non-executive & executive level)
Assist on Union related matters
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
