Admin cum HR Executive/Admin Assistant (Johor)
Johor - JB Town, Tmn Molek, Desa Cemerlang

Responsibilities:

Admin Cum Hr Executive
Location : Johor Bahru Town
 
Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative support to the Head of Dept
  • To assist in general departmental administrative task execution / follow up
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports
  • Generate reports, database management and stock take
  • Provide recruitment support covering sourcing/screening of candidates and support interview scheduling.
  • Pre screening & sourcing the right candidates for interview purpose.
  • Assisting in payroll activities.
  • Generate invoice & arrange courier service
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
 
Admin Assistant
Location: Taman Molek, Desa Cemerlang
 
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to walk-in-customer enquiries, service request, complaints and part sales
  • Create and update service request and part sales to walk-in customer
  • Liaise with other department to solve issues raised by customer
  • Perform customer service to customer and assigned job according to KPI.
  • Filing and maintain record
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of customer service lobby and display units.
  • Assist in various task and ad-hoc assignments
 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Cert/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Good Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Organised, systematic, responsible and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Multitasking, Hands-on person and able to work independently
  • Full time and immediate vacancy available
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be added value)

Salary:
  • RM1500-RM2500
