PURCHASING/ ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, compiling & processing of purchase for the best quality & cost.
  • Assist identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase
  • Office and Administration duties: provide daily support to the supervisor in ensuring the office operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain filng system in  a proper manner.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Computer literate
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese
  • Goal & Result driven with ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
