Customer Service Clerk
Butterworth (Penang), Taiping (Perak)


  • Attend to customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly and manners
  • Taking orders , updating sales orders and  following up issues
  • Arrange any incoming and outgoing documents systematically.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties support.


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have working experiences in the field of customer service.
  • Must show good working attitude, such as coming to work on-time and polite when communicate with customers.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taiping OR Simpang Pulai
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
