As we are expanding in Malaysia, we invite dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team in the following position:-

Accounts Manager
Kuala Lumpur - close to Star LRT and Putra


  • Handle Accounts receivables matters including preparing statement of accounts and collection processes
  • Handle Accounts payables matters including planning payment schedules to suppliers, preparing cheque and telegraphic transfers
  • Responsible for cash flow forecast and budgets
  • Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
  • Perform financial and administrative duties which including filing and book keeping
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial management reports
  • Perform monthly payroll processing and submit employees’ mandatory contributions and income tax submission
  • Ensure compliance to company policies


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and UBS Accounting Software
  • Excellent analytical and meticulous with detailed work
  • Able to meet tight deadline and multi-task
  • Must have good initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Team oriented, with a high sense towards customer satisfaction

Working day: 5 days work
Ideal location - close to Star LRT and Putra
