Retail Manager
MYR 2500 - 3500 +Bonus and Allowance
Selangor - Puchong, Batu Caves, Selayang

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales operation activities
  • Plan, formulate & implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales target and ensure results are in line with company’s business plan.
  • Able to lead, coach, motivate and monitor sales team performance.
  • Manage customer relationship and implement high customer service standard set by company

Requirements:

  • Preferably 26 yrs & above
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,
  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or  equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Batu Caves, Selayang.
  • Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
  • Good command in both oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available
