Our client, a well established and reputable MNC Shared Service Centre is currently in search of the right talent for:
Accounting Team Lead - General Ledger [Good Pay & Benefits]
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Responsibilities:
-
Reporting to GL Manager.
-
Managing and mentoring GL team for US region in achieving team and department goal.
-
Monitoring month end timetable and important deadlines.
-
Reviewing monthly KPIs and follow up with pending issues; unreconciled and ages items.
-
To assist process standardization and improvement in align with SOX and GAAP Compliance.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy or a professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
-
At least 5 years of working experience in related fields, preferably in a shared service environment.
-
2 to 3 years of experience in supervising a team of subordinates.
-
In depth knowledge in using SAP systems and MS Excel.
-
Able to work under fast paced environment.
