Call Center Executive in Centro, Klang
MYR 1700 - 2100 + OT and allowance
Selangor - Centro, Klang


  • Attend incoming calls from customers
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Educate the customer about the organization's products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help
  • Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
  • Follow-up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Candidate with SPM/Diploma must have at least 1 year of working experience in any Customer Service, Telesales,Technical Helpdesk or Call Centre
  • Fresh graduate of Degree in any field are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must be able to work in SHIFT pattern
  • Candidate must be fluent in English language
  • Spoken proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage
  • Candidate must be able to start immediately
  • Must be permanent residence of Malaysia

Basic salary : RM 1700 to RM 2100
Customer Service Allowance (fixed) : RM 150
Performance Bonus (monthly) : RM 100
OT is paid
