- Process all payments and collections on timely basis
- Provide timely and accurate updating of Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables
- Liaise and follow up with all relevant parties including the branches on Accounts Receivables and Payable related issues & matters
- Accounts Receivables, Payables & Debt aging reports
- Credit collection are a major component of your daily duties
- Prepare & reports KPI Data to management
- Assist with general adminstration duties from time to time as requested by your manager
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in the related field
- Posses knowledge and experience in computerized accounting system and Microsoft applications
- Assist in office administrative and corporate secretarial matters
- Other general duties as assigned by the Management
