Technical Support Engineer
J & E Hall Refrigeration Sdn Bhd


• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
• Log all incoming calls/emails and accurately complete case notes in tracking database.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
• Redirect problems to appropriate department/resource
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers.
• Oversea/Local travelling if necessary for technical troubleshooting.
• Make scheduled follow up to customers where necessary for recorded complaints.
• Participate in training activities to maintain technical know-how, and to broaden product knowledge.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HVAC and refrigeration with knowledge of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Those who are from Mechanical/Electrical background is prefer. Those who have basic knowledge of HVAC and troubleshooting skill (hands on) will be advantage
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Banting.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
