Front Office Manager
Sabah - Kota Knabalu

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate to and with General Manager/EAM on all maters relating to individual department performance, conducts, achievements and issues directly affecting management goals and principles
  • To improve on policies and procedures of Front Office Department as and when required
  • Liaise with Reservations, Banquet Operations, Housekeeping to maximize support and effectiveness in room sales, Banquet halls & business center
  • Liaise with Sales team to maximize their support and effectiveness in promoting the hotel
  • Conduct room inspection on a regular basis
  • Ensure all talents in Front Office are trained and competent in their respective areas
  • To handle complaints and resolve guests problem
  • Effective in interiveiwing, hiring, sourcing talents suitable for Front Office
  • Effective in budgeting, costing and manning excellence of Front Office Department

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Required skill(s): strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level of initiatives, organized and structured, passionate to train and develop talents, genuine and competent to handle guests complaints and resolve issues, Strong business acumen.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Knabalu.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
