In view of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic and talented individual to fill in the following position:
Warehouse Coordinator
Selangor - Subang Responsibilities:
Primary
-
Kitting & issue parts to production / line side
-
Issue parts for spare order, replacement order and NC1 replacement.
-
Issue shortages to production
-
Move / transfer conformance parts into storage locations
-
Ensure all job cards are backflushed in SAP before issuing parts to production
-
Ensure COGI transaction in SAP are completed before issuing shortages parts to production
-
Maintain and update stock cards for traceability purposes for AGS only
-
Update shortages on whiteboard for fast-track purpose
-
Assist to check Min-Max DLF in production floor twice a week
-
Assist in checking, kitting & issuance of POLS
-
Assist in checking, kitting & issuance of consumables
-
Assist outbound activities if required
-
Assist to GR parts to SAP
-
Assist to unload & receipt all incoming shipments (direct & indirect)
-
Assist to check goods receipt against documents (CoC, DO, etc…)
-
Participate in monthly stock counts
Secondary
-
Maintain highest levels of housekeeping in warehouse areas.
-
To perform any others duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Comply to all EHS rules and regulations
-
Adhere to all Lean systems and practices
Documentation / Filing
-
Daily updating of material shortages report for IPT meeting
-
Update set issuance into logbook, acknowledged by production for traceability purposes
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

A team player with the ability to motivate and work independently with minimum supervision.

Good command of both written and spoken English and able to interact with all levels of management in English.

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel is compulsory.
