Restaurant Manager Selangor Responsibilities:

Work with Chefs and other personnel to plan menus that which popular with customer.

Work with chefs for efficient for purchasing of suppliers.

Work with other management personnel to plan the marketing, advertising and any special outlet function.

Able to handle all types of complaints concerning food quality and services.
-
Analyse restaurant environment and business results to identify opportunities and action plan with their team to set and achieve goals.
Requirements:

Well versed in restaurant management.

Well versed in HALAL Procedure compliance with ISO 2200 (Food Safety Managenent)
-
Awareness of local, state and federal health and sanitation law.
-
Have Degree in Food & Beverage preparation/ service management or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field.

Problem solving and decision making
-
Priority will be given to Bumiputra candidates.

Identify and analyse problems, explore various alternatives and use wise business judgement to take desire action.
