Accounts Officer
Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities:

Maintain full set of accounts
-
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivables functions
-
Handle accounts receivables and payables transactions
-
Ensure adequacy of controls over payable / receivables and co-ordinate with other departments on monthly closing and reporting requirements

Prepare monthly management accounts /reports on timely basis
-
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, inter-company and creditors account balances
-
Prepare weekly cash flow report and daily cash book maintenance
-
Prepare variance analysis and key financial ratios
-
Prepare other financial reports /detailed accounts analysis on ad-hoc basis
-
Assist with cash flow planning / forecast and annual budgeting
-
Assist with on banking, audit, tax and other accounting-related matters

General administration duties
Requirements:
-
Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
-
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft office
-
Experience in ACCPAC accounting software will be added advantage.

Able to work independently
-
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
