Assist in general office administration and daily operation tasks.
Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and emails.
To act as central contact point for all information and enquiries.
Perform reception function. (ie. receiving calls and visitors etc)
Perform general secretarial function. (ie. typing, filing, arranging appointments etc)
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
Good command of english and mandarin.
Strong administrative skills.
