HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE - PAYROLL
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Maintains and updates accurate staff records into TimeSoft. i.e., staff personal payroll records including banking information.
 
Responsibilities include monitoring the processing checklist and calendars, maintaining precise documentation, providing data / report for respective statutory filings within the stipulated deadlines including and not limited to :
 
  • Prepares and processes monthly payroll for all staff.
  • Checks calculations of commissions and overtime claims ensuring all payments are authorised.
  • Ensures that all documentations are complying to policies set with standard SOPs and within deadlines.
  • Prepares memo to request  cheques for payment to relevant related parties.
  • Issues payslips, and liaises with the stores, branches, various department, sections, etc ensuring all necessary documents are provided. 
  • Supports other sections in HR and Admin Division which may include compensation and benefits, admin, training and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office Package in particular EXCEL and preferably with working knowledge of TimeSoft software.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with has high integrity in the discharge of all duties. 
  • Willingness to work late to ensure payroll is issued within deadline.
  • Must be able to deal independently with other external parties including Government statutory bodies when necessary.
  • Must have good analytical, effective communication skills and able to work in a team. 
  • Must have a high level of initiative, integriy, and excellent rapport with staff. 
  • Have the ability to follow up on all matters upholding policies and procedures of  the Company at all times.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  Those who can speak and write Chinese are preferred though not a must.
