As we are expanding, we would like to offer the talented and dynamic candidates to be part of our team and fill up the following position as:
Assistant Product Manager, Paper, SEA Johor
Managing the paper product range and the service offer related to the range for MA factory, SEA terminals and export markets
Perform analysis work related to the above
Providing technical support as needed to customers, and also troubleshooting on customers premises
Providing technical advice and product introduction, instructions for new launches, followed by scale up plans for new products
Coordinating product trials, testing and qualification
Coordinating product introduction, launches and withdrawals
Performing product costing and profitability analysis whenever required
Close contact with existing and potential raw material suppliers
Setting target pricing with National Sales / Country Managers
Compiling market information
Working closely with R&D and Sourcing team to ensure the business targets set are met
Working closely with Technical Department for quality related issues of the paper products
Knowledge transfer to internal team and providing training to customers/brand owners
Be an active member of the Marketing team
Comply to safety procedures established for the work involved
Be responsible for the occupational health and safety issues of the team.
Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineer / Science / Chemistry
Required language(s): English
Min 3 years of working experience in PSA industry
Project management skill is crucial
