Customer Service Executive
Selangor - Klang

Responsibilities:

1) Costing/ rate sourcing, booking, and monitoring daily shipment activities
2) Billing, documentation and handling customer enquiries
3) Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and external parties in relating to daily operation task

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): MS Office
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 2 Full-Time positions available
