Selangor - Kelana Jaya Responsibilities:

Accountable for the overall aspect of operational matters.

Improving and implemeting the Standards of Operations/Operations Manual from time to time.

To execute every decision which has been approved and detailed out by the Management and sales team especially which has direct effect to the operations of every project and is involved in the planning and delivery stage.

Enchancing and maintaining the standard in achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction for every event.

Able to liaise and interact with suppliers and contractors.

Meticulous and attentive in ensuring every detail of an event is thoroughly looked into.

Able to manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously.

Perform well under stress.

Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to establish strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
