RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT Melaka Responsibilities:

Responsible for front desk functions
-
Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously
-
Attend to all staff & visitors enquiries
-
Co-ordinate mail, dispatch and courier services
-
Provide general administrative support to the Department
-
Handle and coordinate projects records and documents
-
Assist in preparing project documents and reports
-
Assisting in office daily operation
-
Any others duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
-
Possess a least a SPM/Certificates/Diploma in Administration or any related discipline
-
Minimum 2-3 year of working experience in the related field preferably from a Property development Firm.

Good communication skills with strong command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft application
-
Preferable candidates who can start work immediately

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

Detail oriented, self-assured, tactful, supportive

Possess own transport
