Due to the expansion and growth of the company business, a well-established Group of Companies with diversified business activities including property, construction, housing development and hotel services is inviting suitable qualified and high caliber individuals to fill the following position:-

Accounts cum Admin Executive (KL)
Kuala Lumpur - KL

Responsibilities:

  • To verify cheque payment and to update all payments to system on daily basis.
  • To perform internal audit, review and appraise adequacy of compliance with policies/practice/standard.  
  • Assist in office administration / Upkeep office maintenance/equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, computers, copy machines and etc. 
  • Sourcing for pricing/quotations from suppliers, perform cost analysis & tabulate price comparison.
  • Any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior.  

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English.
