Accounts cum Admin Executive (KL)
Kuala Lumpur - KL
Responsibilities:

To verify cheque payment and to update all payments to system on daily basis.

To perform internal audit, review and appraise adequacy of compliance with policies/practice/standard.

Assist in office administration / Upkeep office maintenance/equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, computers, copy machines and etc.
-
Sourcing for pricing/quotations from suppliers, perform cost analysis & tabulate price comparison.
-
Any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior.
Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.

Computer literate.
-
Good communication skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English.
