Administrator
George Town (Penang) Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support for the Company in full spectrum. This includes facilities management, preparation and tracking of documents and other relevant general administration duties for an efficient business environment.
Requirements:

Competency in performing essential administrative duties

Excellent organizational skills and be able to manage and prioritize a variety of ongoing tasks by keeping an eye for detail

Strong knowledge of business processes, policies and procedures

Good command of English and able to converse in Chinese

Mature with pleasant disposition

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Basic IT knowledge is advantageous
Education and experience:

Possess at least a STPM, Professional Certificate or a Diploma

Have at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field
