Head of Customer Service cum Admin
MYR 2500 - 3500 +Bonus
Kuala Lumpur - Bandar Sri Permaisuri

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales enquiries and sales order processing.
  • Assist in general administration work and any other job functions required by the Customer Service Dept.
  • Possess IT and people skills.
  • Support sales and marketing in marketing communications.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Permaisuri.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Familiar with MS Office programs in particular Power Point and Excel.
  • Committed to work and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and people skills.
