Maintenance Manager
Negeri Sembilan - Senawang
Responsibilities:

Develop maintenance & engineering team to implement process improvement, product engineering, design and project transfer, preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize cost and availability.

Managing process, product and design engineering to meet company objective.

Assist and support operation & project team to increase productivity activities through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks, introduce automation and the development of effective work practices & process flows.

Planning improvements at work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, permissions, specialized documentation and equipment access.

Develop and deploy long term Capital Expenditure Program as required by corporate engineering group.

Implement manufacturing tools and maintenance excellence programs to improve the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Review the operation of plant equipment and system constantly to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Analyse engineering data and make recommendations for improving plant engineering operation and related problems.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree holder in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical engineering.

Minimum 5-8 years experience working in chemical/ oil & gas/ oleo-chemical plant facilities and maintenance.

Past experiences working in maintenance engineering/Equipment and motion control.

Preferably with Lean and Six-Sigma knowledge and certification.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills and ability to participate in team approach are essential.

Proficient in PLC software and facility automation system.
-
Fluent speaking and good written Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
